Getting fired always sucks. So the least you can do is to let someone go while they eat great Sri Lankan food at this midtown gem. Serving a reasonable ($12) buffet with a simple decor and hands off table service, you'll be able to break the bad news in peace. My suggestion is to ask for a table in the sun room, in the back so they can cry and yell all they want without making a scene in front of the entire place.

Tip: If the person you fired was a really terrible, and people want to celebrate after work, don't be fooled by the nice bar downstairs in Nirvana. The drinks are overpriced and inconsistant. Oh and local prostitutes use it as place to meet Johns.
